6) How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Service Providers/Processors: Stripe (payments), GHL (CRM, automations, calendar, messaging), email/SMS services, analytics and ad tech partners (Meta, Google), cloud hosting, and customer support tools. These providers process data under instructions and appropriate safeguards.
Advertising/Analytics Partners: to run, measure, and optimize ads and remarketing. Where required by law (e.g., CPRA), this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See §9 for your choices.
Business transfers, legal & safety: in connection with a merger/acquisition, to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights/safety.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" identifiers and online activity with ad partners for targeted advertising as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

In that case, we process such data solely on the client’s instructions, subject to a separate agreement and data processing terms. Clients remain responsible for obtaining necessary consents and providing privacy notices to their customers.
11) International Data Transfers
